"Really Woolly Nighttime Lullabies" Book Review

My little ones have a couple of the "Little Wooly" books and we love them! They are precious and do a lovely time of teaching little ones about God's Word.  "Little Woolly Nighttime Lullabies" is no exception!

So what do I like about this book?  Well, so many things!
1.) Its a board book!  - I can't tell you how many times I've been saddened that one of our favorite paper books have gotten torn.  Whether its from little fingers or just from so much use, its always sad when a book you love gets torn.  This book is a board book, which makes it great for little ones! Its harder to destroy and also easier for them to turn the pages!
2.) The illustrations! - I LOVE the Little Woolly illustrations!  They are just precious!!!  Little Woolly (a sweet little lamb) and his forest friends are all adorable!

3.) It rhymes! - When it comes to a children's book, I just love rhymes!  It makes it so much more engaging and it helps the little ones pay attention.
4.) Each page has a Bible verse! - Each rhyme has a correspoonding Bible verse!  For example, "Night's Light," a little poem about the moon, is preceded by Psalm 136: 7 - "He made the sun and the moon. His love continues forever." I love that each page has Scripture!  As your child gets older, they can memorize the poems and verses!!!
5.) Each page ends with a little prayer!  Since its a book of "nighttime lullabies," what better way to end each page than with a prayer right before bed!

This book is lovely!  It would make a wonderful birthday or Christmas gift for any little one!  Or a great addition to any baby shower gift!  As a matter of fact, its PERCECT for an Easter basket, so pick up a copy for your little one's Easter basket!  You can find it on Amazon.

I received a copy of this book, free of charge, from BookLook Bloggers in exchange for my honest review.
