This thing is pretty nifty!!! Its not just a crib mobile or a projector. Its both! Turn it on and the little toys hanging from the top gently sway back and forth for your little one to watch. It also projects soft lights and plays calming music to help lull your little one to sleep. Pretty nifty, right?
But that's not it! Its got Smart Sensor Technology!!! As the sensor detects less movement by your baby (as they begin to drift off) the Dream Station's music and movements get quieter and calmer so they don't disturb your little one. Then, once the Smart Sensor detects no more sound or movement (once baby has fallen asleep) the sounds and movements are replaced by mood lights and white noise. The sensor continues to monitor your child all night long. It will offer mood light to keep your baby calm if they happen to wake up during the night. And lastly, once the preset timer completes its cycle, the Dream Station will turn on mood light and begin playing soft music. Then the motion and light show will begin to help your little one wake up for the day! That's a pretty incredible mobile!!!
The second item we received for review was the Light'n Sound Tubes...
This toy is for children 9 months old and up and it is pretty neat!!! Its colorful, musical, and fun! You simply drop one of the 2 balls (included in the set) into a tube and listen to the sound effects it makes! It also lights up, which every baby loves!!!
And we found out that this toy is not just fascinating for babies! Even my nearly 3 year old loved it! She had a ball playing with this thing!!! (And I have to say, even I enjoyed playing with it! Heehee!)
The last toy we received was the Pounding Shape Bench...
This toy is for children 12 months and up, so I wasn't sure my almost 3 year old would find it interesting. But she did! She loved pounding in the shapes!
I loved the fact that I could reinforce colors and shapes with her using this toy! And I love how well-thought out this toy is! There's a place for everything! The shapes stay put in their holes, so you can always keep track of them. And there's even a little hole for the green hammer, so you won't lose that either! And lastly, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the soft, rounded edges to protect from injuries!!!
