"Say & Pray Bible" Review

My four year old is currently learning to read and I'm always on the lookout for ways to incorporate Bible reading into her phonics and reading lessons.  The Say & Pray Bible is a great way to do that!

This adorable Bible is great for very young children because its a board book with quick, simple Bible stories.  For example, the story of Joseph and his colorful coat says, "Joseph's father loved him.  Joseph's father gave him a special, colorful coat."  After each abreviated story, there's a "say and pray" section with a Bible verse and a small prayer.  The Bible verse with the story of Joseph is Ephesians 5:20 - "Always give thanks to God." and the prayer is, "Thank You, God, for parents who love me!  Amen!"

There are also key words on each page.  These key words are great way for older siblings to learn site words!  The key words and the simple stories make great phonics helpers!  That's why I think this Bible story book is a great item for an early learner!
