Toasted Bacon Cheddar Ranch Chicken Salad On French Bread

The bacon cheddar ranch chicken salad was SO GOOD!  It's definitely gonna become a new family favorite!  





Here's how I made it:
(Because it's a chicken salad, the ingredients can be tweaked a bit - i.e., more or less mayo or cheese, etc.)



4 cups (about 2 large) chicken breasts, shredded
1/4 cup of bacon crumbles (it was about 4 pieces I think?)
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1 cup mayo (I used low fat and it was still delish!!!)
1 packet ranch seasoning
French bread loaf

Directions: 
1.) preheat oven to 375 degrees.
mix chicken, cheese, and bacon in a medium bowl.
2.) mix together mayo and ranch seasoning in a small bowl.
3.) mix everything together. (Add more mayo if it's not creamy enough.  You want it to be creamy enough to stay together.)
4.) cut French bread in half and place both sides on baking sheet. Spread chicken mixture on bottom half.
5.) bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
