You may remember my previous review of Burger's Smokehouse's dry rub ribs.  My husband and I really enjoyed those.  They were easy to thaw, easy to cook, and tasty!  Well, this past weekend we pulled out the sauced ribs they sent.  Again, we had planned on making them on the grill, but it started raining AGAIN.  Oh well, that's the summer in the South!  No problem though!  I simply followed the directions for cooking them in the oven!  I cut them in half so they would fit in the pan and then I poured the rest of the sauce from the package on top...

Then I covered them with tin foil (like the package directions suggested)...

When they came out of the oven, they looked pretty good!  They also practically fell right off the bone - super tender...

I made some homemade potato salad to go with them and then I also ate a few sweet pickles.  Why?  Because I love them, that's why...

So, what was the verdict? Well, the dry rubbed ribs were very good.  I like that you can put whatever sauce on them that you like or just eat them dry.  The sauced ribs, however, were AWESOME!!!  Seriously!!!  They were just as tender and flavorful as the dry rubbed ribs and the sauce was incredible!!!  It was sweet, but not too sweet - very delicious!!!  In fact, after one bite my husband said, "We should order more of these!"  Now, that's the best endorsement!
