Three Great Small Box Games from CardLords

We own a lot of games.  I mean, a lot a lot.  Haha! We own 600+ games.  That'll happen when you couple a love of gameschooling with a blog where you review games. But honestly, we don't have room for 600+ games. At least, that's what my family keeps telling me.  So Finding games that come in small boxes is a really big plus in our house!  Thankfully, lots of board game publishers have jumped on the small box bandwagon.  So I thought I'd share some great little gems I've found.  All of today's games are from the awesome folks at CardLords.

Let's take a look...

1.) First up is Folded Wishes

Folded Wishes is a pattern building, tile placement game for 2 to 4 players that plays in 15 minutes.

In folded Wishes, you're placing tiles and moving your "origameeples" across the grid. Be the first to line up all 4 of your origameeples and win!

I love the origami theme of this game! The "origameeples" are so cute and unique! And the game is simple enough for a child to play, but contains enough puzzle-type strategy to keep an adult engaged too!

2.) Next up is Floating Floors

Floating Floors is a 2 to 4 player abstract strategy and dexterity game that plays in 20 to 40 minutes.

In Floating Floors, you're a ninja trying to recover your stolen bansen seals while simultaneously trying to sabotage the other ninjas.

This game is quite the dexterity challenge, as you place jutsu (small square, triangular, and hexagonal pieces) and floorboards for the ninjas to balance on.  Move around the floating floors without causing a collapse and collect all your bansen seals first to win.

3.) Noises At Night is our next small box game...

Noises At Night is a deduction card game for 2 to 4 players that plays in 10 to 20 minutes.

In Noises At Night, you're a detective with a secret identity leaving clues all over the house. Clues score you points, but don't make them too obvious or your competitors will figure out your identity and score points for themselves!

This is a simple, but fun game that combines a bit of bluffing with some social deduction.  It's simple enough for young kids to play - as long as they can get the idea of hiding their identity and they can read the cards.

All three of these games are fairly easy to learn, but they're fun for both kids AND adults, which makes them great for family game nights!

I received these games, free of charge from CardLords in exchange for my honest review.
