More Easter Basket Ideas from Zonderkidz!

Last week I posted about some great Easter Basket Ideas from Zonderkidz.  I love giving books as Easter gifts!  Well, I've found some more new titles by the fabulous folks at Zonderkidz and they will make great gifts!

You couldn't pick a better Easter gift for your little one than a brand new Bible! And Zonderkidz has tons to choose from!  One of their newest is the Under The Sea Holy Bible, which just released March 1, 2016!  This hardback Bible is lovely, colorful, and glittery! 

Inside the Bible are 8 beautiful, full-color pages.  They include a list of the books of the Bible, the 10 commandments, the Love Passage, etc.  Perfect for that ocean-loving kid!  And a great reminder of all the wonderful things God has created!

Another great Easter basket book is God Is Watching Over You, by P.J. Lyons.  At our house, we love to give Easter lambs instead of Easter bunnies.  Its a tradition my mother started when I was little.  A way to remind us of the true meaning of Easter - the Lamb of God.

This adorable bedtime story fits right into that idea with its precious lamb family.  Written in rhyme, this story will lull your little one off to sleep with its reminder of the fact that we don't need to be afraid because God is watching over us.

Lastly, if you've got a preteen or teen, you may have a difficult time finding an appropriate Easter gift.  Sure, you can give them a Bible, but additional books are more difficult.  They're too old for picture books.  That's NOT Hay In My Hair, by Juliette Turner is a great choice!

Due to be released March 8, 2016, this book is written the 17 year old daughter of actress Janine Turner about their move from the bustling business of New York City to the ranch in Texas.  This isn't Juliette's first writing success.  She's also written two fantastic books called Our Constitution Rocks and Our Presidents Rock - to teach kids about our government!
