OK, let me start this review off with a little story.  When I was pregnant with my first child, my sister - who already had 2 kids of her own - gave me some FABULOUS advice: "Don't even register for those pretty little burp cloths.  Buy lots of plain, white, cloth diapers.  They make the BEST burp cloths!"  Unfortunately, I didn't listen to her.  I wanted something "pretty" - not just plain cloth diapers.  So I registered for a few sets of the pretty little burp cloths that they sell in the store.  Bad move.  They're pretty, but they don't absorb messes.  Ugh! 

Yes.  I'm admitting it.  My sister was right.  (Ouch.  That stings.)  ;)  Thankfully though, I've found a way to have the best of both worlds - Jessica P. Embroidery Etsy Shop!  The owner of this fabulous Etsy shop sent me a set of her burp cloths for review...



Bailey's Boutique Etsy Shop Review

As a mom, there's nothing I like better than surprising my little ones with things that they love.  And, let's face it, every little girl and boy has a favorite character - Minnie Mouse, Dora the Explorer, Abby Cadabby, Spiderman, etc.  So I was so excited to find Bailey's Boutique on Etsy!  They have some really great items - including personalized pillowcases - that any little one will love!

Yay!  Another great Etsy Shop for review today!  I LOVE shopping on Etsy!  There's something for EVERYBODY!!!!  Today's Etsy review is a wonderful shop called Sew Lucky 16.  This shop is FULL of lovely, handmade items for babies and kids!  The awesome owner of Sew Lucky 16 was kind enough to send me a few items for review.

Citrus Lane December 2012 Boxes Review and 50% Off Your First Box!!!

Its that time again!  Time for another review of my favorite subscription service - Citrus Lane.  Citrus Lane is FABULOUS!  They send a box to your door every month filled with age appropriate items for your baby or child.  They used to only cater to kids 0 to 3 years old, but they just announced that they are upping the age to FIVE YEARS OLD!!!!  WooHoo!!!!!  I actually ordered 3 boxes in December so that I could do a more in-depth review.  I got a box for a newborn, an 11 month old, and a 28 month old.  December's theme was "A Few of Our Favorite Things" and it did NOT disappoint!  Here's what we received...

One of my favorite things to shop for is pajamas for my little ones.  I just love it when I find something that will be super comfy and also keep my little ones warm during the night.  That's why I was THRILLED to come across Simply Merino online!  Their pajamas are 100% Merino Wool and are made in New Zealand!

I love finding a new, nifty item to help me as a mom!  Suppori definitely falls in that category!  The Suppori is a great baby carrier...

Have you ever heard of Dropps?  Don't feel bad if you haven't.  I hadn't either until recently.  Dropps are laundry detergent packs with a "split personality" - tough on dirt, but easy on the clothes!
