Ecocentric Mom November Box Review

You may remember the review I did of Ecocentric Mom's August Baby Box.  It was such a great little box filled with handy products and product samples.  Well, the folks at Ecocentric Mom were kind enough to ask me to review one of their November boxes!  These boxes are great because they are full of fun, unique, eco-friendly products.  They are also very affordable - at just $17 a month (which includes shipping)!  They have 3 boxes to choose from: the Baby Box, the Mom Box, and the Mom-To-Be Box.  This time I chose to review the Mom Box, and let me just say, I was NOT disappointed!!!

So what came in this fabulous box?  Well, here's the run-down:

1.) Nardo's Natural Mini Sample Kit ($9.99) - Includes a mini sample of the Face Cleanser and Exfoliant, a mini sample of their Body Lotion, and a full-sized Lip Balm!  There's also a Promo Code for 20% off and Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more!
The set came in a nice little reusable bag, which is neat!  And the Lip Balm that I got is    Peppermint!  Yippee!!!  :)

2.) The Vapur Anti-Bottle ($7.99) - This bottle is .4L (14oz).  This reusable bottle is a great alternative to disposable plastic water bottles.  Less plastic in the landfills and more money in your pocket!!!  The bottle is also a great space-saver because it stands upright when its filled, but rolls up, lays flat, or folds up when not in use!  They've also included a Promo Code for 20% off!
And I love that it comes with a hook so that you can attach it to a bag, etc.  And it also has a place for you to write your name on it!  Super cool!!! 

3.) Eli's Organic Earth Bar ($2.29) - They've included one full-sized candy bar.  These bars are organic and Fair Trade, which is FABULOUS!!!  They also give back 5% of every sale to non-profit charities that benefit children!  The bar that I received was the Celebrate Bar, which is a chocolate bar that contains vanilla caramel, coconut, and almonds!  Yum!  They've also included a 20% off Promo Code!

4.) Natural Newborn Vapor Rub Sample ($1.25) (A full-sized jar, which is 2 oz, costs $9) - This vapor rub is great for the entire family!  Its produces a natural vapor that doesn't use menthol, so its safe for even babies!  Its also petroleum free!  They've also included a 20% off Promo Code!
This little sample is great for travel!  Babies often get sick when you travel and you're always caught without the medicine you need.  Ugh!  This little jar will not take up any room at all in your diaper bag, so it will be there when you need it!  :)

5.) Hero Nutritionals Yummi Bears DHA ($29.99) - They included a FULL-SIZED bottle of these fabulous gummy vitamins in this month's box!  I couldn't believe it!  That's a 3 month supply!!!  These vitamins are made with natural fruit flavors and colors & they are allergen, gluten, and dairy free! 

6.) Happy Family Squeeze Smoothies ($1.69 each) - I received one each of the Super Pomegranate, Blueberry and Pear and the Twist Blueberry, Apple and Purple Carrot.  These smoothies are great snacks for adults and kids alike!  In fact, my toddler begged me to let her eat them as soon as she saw them!  Haha!  :)  They also included 2 retail coupons: one for $1 off any 2 products, and one for "Buy 6 Pouches, Get One Free."  And Happy Family also included a card with the "Dirty Dozen" (the 12 fruits and vegetables that are the most important to buy organic).  Its the size of a business card, so you can easily fit it in your wallet and pull it out at the grocery store to remind you!  So cool!  :)

7.) $10 Coupon Code for GreenCupboards.com ($10) - This is a coupon code, but there is NO minimum purchase!  WhooHoo!  I was able to use it to get 2 stocking stuffers for my husband and one for my daughter for a little over $2.00!  And because it was Thanksgiving weekend, they were having free shipping, so I didn't have to pay for that either!!!  Yippee!!!

8.) $5 off coupon code for Herbal-Animals.com - These little eye pillows and neck pillows are filled with herbs like peppermint, lavender, and chamomile to help encourage sleep - naturally.  So neat and so cute!!!

Now, that's a PACKED box!  And all for $17 (which INCLUDES shipping)!!!  And, just in case you weren't counting along with me, the value of the box (not counting the promo codes or $5 off Herbal Animals Code) is $64.89!  Yep!  $64.89 worth of stuff (counting the $10 greencupboards code) for just $17!  Now, that's a great deal!!!
