Quarto Publishing Children's Books Review

I discovered Quarto Knows a year or two ago, and since then I've just been in love!  As a mom of three littles, I'm always looking for new creative and educational books.  And Quarto Knows delivers!  So today I'd like to share some of their amazing books!

Animal Babies Do The Strangest Things

This book is so precious!  And full of interesting facts!  For example, did you know that baby koalas ride on their mommies' backs, while baby alligators ride in their mommies' jaws!?! Colorful illustrations and a minimal amount of words (just a couple of sentences per page) also make it perfect for little ones!

ABC Yoga -

This book is perfect for exercising with your little one!  I used it with my 6 year old and she just loved it!!! It uses the alphabet to teach little ones yoga poses (using animal names). So creative, colorful, and fun for you and your little ones!

A Walk On The Wild Side -

As a homeschooling mama, I love this book!!!  Its a great introduction to animals AND habitats!  The book is broken up 7 sections: Farm Animals, Ocean And Island Animals, Jungle Animals, Grassland Animals, Woodland Animals, and Animals AT Home!Each section begins with a little intro about that habitat.  Then there are lots of fun illustrations and interesting facts about the animals in that habitat!  So cute, creative, and educational!!!

"Little People, BIG DREAMS" Series -

As a mom of little girls, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this series!!!  I received the Maya Angelou book and the Amelia Earhart book and they're wonderful!  Simple enough for beginning readers, they are the perfect introduction into the world of biographies!  I love that the Earhart book teaches little girls to reach for the stars and not give up!  And I love how the Angelou book teaches that EVERYONE has a voice and you can express yourself through the written word!  Wonderful, beautiful books!!!

Adventures In Lettering -

My oldest is very creative!  She loves arts and crafts, so this book is perfect for her!  Its full of great information, explaining different types of creative lettering.  There's lots of room to practice and really get creative!  This is great for the mind and the body!And this book is perfect for a parent-child activity!  Get in there and participate with them!  They'll love that!!!
