25 Days of Christmas - 25 Names of Christ (An Advent Idea)

OK folks! Tomorrow is December!  Can you believe it?  I can't!  Of course, that might have something to do with the fact that I was sick for practically the entire month of November.  Ugh!  Thankfully, I'm feeling better!  Anyway, with Christmas approaching, I thought I'd share a wonderful idea that I found on Pinterest - an advent for the month of December featuring 25 ornaments each with a name of Jesus!

I try very hard to make sure that my little one grows up understanding the true meaning of Christmas - that Jesus, the Son of God, came to earth and was born as a baby.  That He grew up, lived a perfect life, and died to save us from our sins.  Now, don't get me wrong.  We have a Christmas tree.  We exchange presents.  We have lots of snowmen decorations, etc.  But we try to also fill the house with things that remind us of Jesus - like nativities, decorations with Bible verses, etc.  So when I saw this idea I knew we just had to do it!

You may remember the review I did of Ecocentric Mom's August Baby Box.  It was such a great little box filled with handy products and product samples.  Well, the folks at Ecocentric Mom were kind enough to ask me to review one of their November boxes!  These boxes are great because they are full of fun, unique, eco-friendly products.  They are also very affordable - at just $17 a month (which includes shipping)!  They have 3 boxes to choose from: the Baby Box, the Mom Box, and the Mom-To-Be Box.  This time I chose to review the Mom Box, and let me just say, I was NOT disappointed!!!

If you're like me, you always looking for ways to keep your family healthier.  One way I've found to do that is by buying safer cleaning products.  Ecostore USA is a great place to get those products!  Their products are 100% plant-based!  Their website states:

"With ingredient selection, we take a precautionary approach. This means if there is any doubt about the safety of an ingredient, we find a safer alternative. That is why ecoSTORE USA is completely transparent to its customers by listing each and every ingredient contained in the products we manufacture."

Citrus Lane October 2012 Boxes Review & 50% Off Your First Box!!!

If you'd like to check out Citrus Lane for yourself, you can click this REFERRAL LINK and get 50% Off Your First Box!!!

Sorry this post is a little late.  We've been SUPER busy lately!  But I wanted to take a few minutes and review October's Citrus Lane boxes.  This month's theme was "Fall Fun."  Now, don't be confused by that title.  This wasn't a box filled with pumpkins and Halloween stuff.  Some people would like that and some people wouldn't.  But Citrus Lane really thought this month's theme out!  Knowing that, for most of the country, Fall means cooler temperatures and more time playing inside, they put things in the box that could be used inside!  WooHoo!

We receive 2 boxes every month - one for our toddler and one for our upcoming blessing!  I'll start by reviewing the toddler box:
