"The Littlest Christmas Kitten" Book Review

I'm always looking for new Christmas books to read to my kids.  I usually get several each year.  And, while I enjoy cute little stories about reindeer and snowmen, what I love most are stories that refer to Jesus' birth. However, it can get monotonous to read 20 versions of "The First Christmas."  "The Littlest Christmas Kitten" is a quick, cute story that solves that problem.

Now, this book is not a deep theological study.  Its a very basic little story for young children.  The basic story is a mother cat searching for her little kitten.  But what I love is that Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus are in the background of this story.  While this little book definitely won't replace the story of Jesus' birth, its a great, cute little addition to your Christmas library.  And while learning about the sweet little missing kitten, your kids will be reminded about Jesus' birth.  We'll definitely be adding this one to our Christmas season rotation.

I received a copy of this book, free of charge, from BookCrash in exchange for my honest review.
