Arrr, matey! Are ye ready for a pirate-y good time? In The Pirate's Flag, by CardLords, you and 2 to 5 of your pirate friends will be battling for the coveted pirate's flag. You'll be racing, scheming, and backstabbing your way through the Serpent's Pass in an effort to capture the flag and bring it back to the Dread Sea, where you started your adventure!

The Pirate's Flag plays 3 to 6 players and takes 30 to 60 minutes. It’s simple enough for even young players to play. While the box says 8+, I'd say if your little gamer can read the cards, they can play the game.
What I love about the game:
1.) The theme! - I'm a sucker for a pirate-themed board game! We own several and we all seem to love them. I love having pirate-themed game days. And I don't just save those for September 19th, which happens to be International Talk Like A Pirate Day!
2.) The design! - This game is colorful and appealing. And the little pirate ships are so fun!
3.) The capture the flag game play! - It's so fun to steal the flag from another player's ship and then take off in a different direction!
4.) The simplicity! - This isn't a heavy strategy game. Its got a lot of luck with dice rolls. But there's also strategy with the cards you play. So it's a good mixture, making it a fabulous family game!
If you love family-style games or pirate-themed fun, this game may just be the perfect addition to your collection!
