So how do you use these nifty sprays? Very simple! Simply turn on your shower and then spray 3 pumps directly into the shower stream!
I've been very sick for about a week and 've had HORRIBLE congestion. So, I decided to try out the Eucalyptus spray. I started the shower, sprayed 3 pumps into the shower stream and stepped in. I have to say, it was quite refreshing. It felt good to inhale that nice Eucalyptus scent. It did begin to fade after a few minutes (of course, I was very stuffed up, so that might have just been me), but that was no problem either! Just spray a few more pumps of the spray into the shower stream and the scent is back!
