The Zipadee-Zip, like most great mom-invented products, was invented out of necessity. After having her daughter, Stephanie Parker began to swaddle her. (We all know that swaddling helps babies sleep better.) Unfortunately, her daughter soon began to wiggle out of her swaddle. I certainly know what that's like. Both of my kids were wiggly! Neither one made it more than a couple of weeks in a swaddle blanket.
The Zippadee-Zip makes a GREAT transition from swaddle blankets. Your little one will have more ability to move their arms and legs and yet still be fully contained. Also, their little feet and hands won't get cold at night!
And I love the ingenius flap that covers the zipper at the top of the Zipadee-Zip! It completely covers the zipper so it won't annoy or scrape your baby's chin or neck.
I'm really impressed with the Zippadee-Zip. Its soft, cute, and functional. Its solves lots of problems. It keeps your little one fully contained and yet free to move their arms and their legs. And since its not just a sleep bag (that leaves a baby's hands exposed), your baby's feet AND hands will stay warm all through the night!
