I'll admit it.  I'm a girly girl.  I love to paint my nails.  But once I had kids I stopped because I realized how toxic nail polish was and I didn't want it around my babies.  Then my oldest turned into a girly girl too.  And I was stuck.  I wanted to paint her little fingernails so badly, but I wasn't gonna put all of those nasty, smelly chemicals on her hands!  Thankfully, I recently found out about Piggy Paint!!!

The awesome folks at Piggy Paint were kind enough to send me (and my little princess) 3 colors to review: Forever Fancy (pink), Fairy Fabulous (lavender), and Glass Slippers (clear with sparkles).  My little one was SOOOOO EXCITED when the package arrived!  She begged me to paint her nails right away.

So what makes Piggy Paint different?  Well, its non-toxic!!!  That means its safe to use on ANYBODY!!!  That's right!  Big girls, little girls, and even pregnant women!  And because its non-toxic, its also low-odor!  I didn't really think about that while I was painting my little girl's nails.  But later I painted my own nails and decided to put a clear top coat on over it.  I didn't have Piggy Paint top coat, so I just used one of my other nail polishes.  HOLY COW!!!  As soon as I opened the bottle I realized just how smelly regular nail polish is!  (And the headache that I had for hours served to remind me even more.)  When we use the Piggy Paint, there's no nasty smell  and no headaches!  Even my husband commented that he couldn't smell anything.  (And usually he complains about the smell when I paint my nails.)

Piggy Paint is also eco-friendly and cruelty-free, which makes it even more amazing!!! After my little experiment with Piggy Paint and the smelly regular nail polish top coat, I decided that Piggy Paint is the only way to go!  I'm getting rid of all of my nasty, smelly, toxic nail polishes and replacing them with Piggy Paint!  I'll never go back!!!  And since they now sell Piggy Paint at Walmart, it will be so easy to replace the old junk!!!  WooHoo!!!
